As far as I know they don't do bookings they only do walk ins, with a group that large would probably be worth giving them a call though to find out.

Yeah, central Christchurch has lot's of small carparks, all within walking distance of little high :)
Peak hours are extremely difficult just due to the volume of people.....go between 2 and 4pm and its quite easy to manouvre around.
